Drip project review

I ordered a Cuban chain and Cuban bracelet from them, but unfortunately, the quality of the products was subpar. Their customer service left a lot to be desired as well. When I contacted them with my concerns and sent them pictures, it took them 1-2 months to respond. To my disappointment, they told me that they couldn’t assist me further because my request exceeded a 15-day time limit. I had only worn the chain 2-3 times, and it had already started to fade.

Their products are not of good quality; they appear to be only metal plated. Despite their claim of a lifetime guarantee, they refused to replace the items. They also didn’t answer calls or respond to messages on Instagram. It’s as if they don’t care about their customers.

In light of my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing products from them. Instead, consider getting customized jewelry from a local jewelry store for a more reliable and satisfying experience.
